Three-Credit Course Rates
Graduate Courses for Administrators
Districts that wish to have the 6-day Teacher
Evaluation That Works I (graduate courses, 3
credits each) are billed $900 per administrator for full-day
sessions (plus textbooks and handout notebook). Both courses
are billed for a minimum charge of 25 administrators. This
rate includes a guided observation for all administrators with
pairs of administrators and the instructor. Districts who
wish to schedule a course in 12 half-day sessions are billed
$950 per participant. Districts may schedule the course
without the guided observation component at a cost that is
$225 per person below those quoted above.
Districts that wish to have the 6-day
Teacher Evaluation That Works II (graduate
courses, 3 credits each) are billed $700 per administrator
for full-day sessions (plus textbooks and handout notebook).
Both courses are billed for a minimum charge of 25
administrators. Districts who wish to schedule a course in
12 half-day sessions are billed $725 per participant. Those
districts that have taken Teacher Evaluation
That Works I use the books and notebook from
that course and need only purchase the book

Graduate Course for Teachers
Districts that wish to have the 6-day teacher course,

Standards Based Teaching and Differentiated Instruction
(graduate course, 3 credits), are billed $370 per teacher for
full-day sessions (plus book and handout notebook). Districts
who wish to schedule the course in 12 half-day sessions are
billed $430 per participant. All courses are billed for a
minimum charge of 25 teachers.
Fitchburg State College assesses an additional charge of $255
for those who take the courses for three graduate credits[1].
On-line courses must be taken for graduate credit and have a
$15 per person Fitchburg State College technology fee.
Plymouth State University and Southern New Hampshire
University have higher per credit costs.
One-Credit Course Rates
Graduate Course for Teachers
Districts who wish to have the 3-day teacher course,
Standards Based (Mastery) Unit and Lesson Planning and
Managing the Differentiated Instruction Classroom
(graduate course, 1 credit) are billed for three days at the
daily workshop rate, noted below (plus book and handout
notebook).
Fitchburg State College assesses an additional charge of
$170 for those who take the course for one graduate credit[1].
Note [1]: The college reserves the right to
increase their credit fees.
Workshop Rates
The standard workshop rate for the
consultant is $1,500 per day. For this rate districts may
enroll a maximum of 30 participants. The district is charged
an additional $60 per participant per day for each participant
in excess of 30. The half-day rate (3 hour workshop) is
$1,000. The district is charged an additional $50 per
participant per day for each participant in excess of 30.
Workshops that require consultant travel between 1 and 2
hours from the consultant’s home are an additional $100 per
full day or half day. Workshops that require consultant
travel between 2 and 3 hours from the consultant’s home are
an additional $200 per full day or half day. Workshops that
require the consultant to travel more than 3 hours from the
consultant’s home are an additional $300 per full day.
Consecutive days at sites more than 1 hour from the
consultant’s home require reimbursement for meals and
lodging.
Districts who specifically request Dr.
Ribas should add $75 per person to each course rate and $200
per day to each workshop/consulting rate. Please be aware
that Dr. Ribas only does full day courses and workshops.
Consulting Rates
Each 8 hours of consulting is billed at $1,500 per day.
Contracts for less than 8 hours are billed at the half-day
rate for the first 1 to 4 hours and at the full-day rate for
4 to 8 hours. Consultant travel time is counted as 1
billable hour for every 2 hours of travel. Consultant home

The cost for a 1-2.5 hour (at client’s option) keynote
address is $2,500 in New England, NY and NJ. The cost is
$3,000 plus travel expenses in the Southeastern and Central
U.S., and $4,000 plus travel expenses in the Western U.S. and
Canada.
